Cause of Death was Acute Cholmay, contracted at Spadra AR.
Chronic Cholangitis - 2 months. Infection of Gallbladder.
Doctor was St. Elmo Dupree (or possible Supree).
Doctor attended 9/13 - 9/17 1918.

BIRTH: On his death certificate his age is stated as 56 years old, but this does not agree with the birth information; I have left the birth data as is, that is, 9 Mar 1857.
