Note from Sandy
Sanderfer! |
Hi! I'm Everett Sanderfer. My wife, Billie Sue Richard
Sanderfer, is a granddaughter of Dad and Mom Edgmon. As a girl, she lived
just down the road from them where she spent many happy days. They all lived
at Laird Hill. Billie was in school one day when a tornado struck and
demolished the schoolhouse. She was buried under all the debris. When she
got out she ran down the road to home while everyone was frantically looking
for her at school. There was several people killed by this tornado. She said
that the back room of their house was torn off but that the rest of the
house was undamaged! The reason I wrote was to give you my e-mail address to
be published. We want to thank all those responsible for the news letter. We
thoroughly enjoyed both issues. Thanks, E.L.S. |
Guess Who? |
The
photograph is very poor quality, but these clues may help—if not see the
answer on the last page. She grew beautiful Peace Roses, but her favorite
was red. She was born in Red River Parish, LA. She had 3 girls. Jumble:
